We invite you to an informational lecture on using the e-Citizens system and digital accessibility!
During the lecture, the Portal e-Građani will be presented, along with all the services that citizens can access quickly and easily from the comfort of their own homes.
Find out how to log in and access the services you need, and then schedule an appointment for individual training at your local library!
The lecture is organized in cooperation between Knjižnice grada Zagreba and the Ministarstvo pravosuđa, uprave i digitalne transformacije.
The lecture will take place on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the library, Starčevićev trg 6, Zagreb.
Training sessions are scheduled individually and arranged directly with users to suit their availability. Appointments can be made by phone at the selected library, by email at egradjani@kgz.hr, or in person.
During scheduling, we briefly discuss the services users wish to access in order to confirm availability through the e-Građani portal and the required credentials.
Sessions are free, one-on-one, and tailored to individual needs, with no fixed structure or duration. Users may attend multiple times if needed. Short consultations can also be provided by phone or email.
All participating libraries offer a computer with internet access, a smart card reader, and a printer, enabling users to log in, activate their eID (eOI), access services, and print documents. Printing and internet use are charged according to the official Price List.
We look forward to exploring digital public services together!
