The City of Zagreb successfully collaborates with civil society organizations that work on the integration of migrants and refugees into Croatian society. These organizations implement measures and activities from the Action Plan in the areas listed below, and they also engage in a broader spectrum of activities, providing direct support and assistance to migrants and refugees. Encouraged by the successful previous collaboration and joint projects, civil society organizations will play an important role in the operation of the Welcome Center, through assisting with daily tasks as well as conducting workshops and lectures at the Welcome Center.
