Grad Zagreb, Gradski ured za zdravstvo u suradnji s Hrvatskom udrugom za borbu protiv HIV-a i virusnog hepatitisa obilježio je Svjetski dan AIDS-a javnozdravstvenom akcijom na Trgu Petra Preradovića, a na kojoj je gradonačelnik Milan Bandić pozvao građane da se informiraju i paze na svoje i tuđe zdravlje.
Ovogodišnjom kampanjom "Moja stvar" želi se skrenuti pozornost na važnost spolnog zdravlja i preuzimanju odgovornosti. Uz edukaciju i podjelu letaka te promotivnih materijala zainteresiranim građanima, održana je i konferencija za medije na kojoj se govorilo o važnosti obilježavanja Svjetskog dana AIDS-a i o važnosti spolnog zdravlja s naglaskom na najnovije znanstvene spoznaje o učinkovitosti liječenja i nezaraznosti osoba koje žive s HIV-om kao i o važnosti sveobuhvatnog pristupa prevenciji i očuvanju spolnog zdravlja mladih.
