Pursuant to Article 4, paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Decision on Financial Support for the Education of Secondary School Students and Students Granted International or Temporary Protection (Official Gazette of the City of Zagreb No. 29/24), the Public Call for the Award of Financial Support for the Education of Secondary School Students and Students Granted International or Temporary Protection for the 2026/2027 School/Academic Year is hereby published.
The Public Call is open as of 5 October 2026, i.e. from the date of its publication on the website of the City of Zagreb, and will remain open until the funds allocated for this purpose in the City of Zagreb Budget for 2026 and the projections for 2027 and 2028 have been exhausted.
A total of 75 financial education support grants will be awarded to full-time secondary school students and full-time university students granted international or temporary protection.
The annual amount of the support is EUR 2,000.00, paid as a one-time payment.
Financial support may be awarded to a secondary school student or university student who meets the following requirements:
Students attending secondary school:
- they have been granted international or temporary protection in accordance with the law governing international and temporary protection;
- they have the status of a full-time student at a secondary school in the City of Zagreb or at the Rudolf Perešin Aviation Technical School in Velika Gorica.
University students:
- they have been granted international or temporary protection in accordance with the law governing international and temporary protection;
- they have the status of a full-time student enrolled in a university or professional undergraduate, graduate or integrated study programme, or a full-time student enrolled in a short professional study programme, undergraduate professional study programme or specialist graduate professional study programme in the City of Zagreb or at one of the constituent units of the University of Zagreb;
- their rights and obligations are not suspended in the year for which the financial support is being awarded.
Financial support may not be awarded to a secondary school student or university student who has already received any form of financial support for education awarded by the City of Zagreb in the current year, or who has failed to duly fulfil their contractual obligations regarding the use of financial support for education awarded by the City of Zagreb.
Applications will be processed in the order in which they are received. For applications submitted by post, the date of submission shall be considered the date indicated by the postmark on the submitted application. If an application is submitted in person to the Registry Office of the relevant City Administration Office, the applicant will be issued a confirmation stating the exact time at which the application was received.

By participating in this Public Call, applicants consent to the use of the email address provided in the application form for official communication and the delivery of notices relating to the Public Call.
Delivery shall be deemed completed at the moment when the notice and document are recorded on the email server of the email address provided by the applicant in the application form. Applicants are obliged to notify the relevant authority immediately, and no later than 24 hours from the date of any change to their email address or any other circumstance preventing them from using the email address provided in the application form. Otherwise, delivery shall be deemed duly completed. These provisions shall apply accordingly to the telephone number as well.

Na temelju članka 4. stavka 2. i 3. Odluke o novčanoj potpori obrazovanju učenika srednjih škola i studenata s odobrenom međunarodnom ili privremenom zaštitom (Službeni glasnik Grada Zagreba 29/24) objavljuje se Javni poziv za dodjelu novčane potpore obrazovanju učenika srednjih škola i studenata s odobrenom međunarodnom ili privremenom zaštitom za školsku/akademsku godinu 2026./2027.
Javni poziv je otvoren 05.10.2026. odnosno danom objave na internetskoj stranici Grada Zagreba i traje do potrošnje sredstava osiguranih za tu namjenu u Proračunu Grada Zagreba za 2026. i projekcijama za 2027. i 2028. godinu.
Redovitim učenicima srednjih škola i redovitim studentima s odobrenom međunarodnom ili privremenom zaštitom dodijelit će se 75 novčanih potpora obrazovanju.
Potpora godišnje iznosi 2.000,00 eura, a isplaćuje se jednokratno.
Potpora se može dodijeliti učeniku srednje škole ili studentu koji ispunjava sljedeće uvjete:
Učenici:
- da imaju odobrenu međunarodnu ili privremenu zaštitu sukladno zakonu kojim je uređena međunarodna i privremena zaštita;
- da imaju status redovitog učenika srednje škole u Gradu Zagrebu odnosno Zrakoplovne tehničke škole Rudolfa Perešina u Velikoj Gorici.
Studenti:
- da imaju odobrenu međunarodnu ili privremenu zaštitu sukladno zakonu kojim je uređena međunarodna i privremena zaštita;
- da imaju status redovitog studenta sveučilišnih ili stručnih prijediplomskih, diplomskih i integriranih studija ili redovitog studenta kratkih stručnih studija, prijediplomskih stručnih studija i specijalističkih diplomskih stručnih studija u Gradu Zagrebu ili na nekoj sastavnici Sveučilišta u Zagrebu;
- da im prava i obveze ne miruju u godini za koju se novčana potpora dodjeljuje
Potpora se ne može dodijeliti učeniku srednje škole ili studentu koji je u tekućoj godini već ostvario bilo koji oblik novčane potpore obrazovanju koju dodjeljuje Grad Zagreb ili koji nije uredno ispunio svoje ugovorne obveze u pogledu korištenja novčane potpore obrazovanju koju dodjeljuje Grad Zagreb.
Prijave se rješavaju prema redoslijedu zaprimanja. Kao datum podnošenja prijave poslane poštom, uzimat će se datum poštanskoga žiga na poslanoj prijavi. U slučaju da se prijava dostavlja osobno u pisarnicu Ureda, prijavitelju će biti izdana potvrda o točnom vremenu primitka pošiljke.
Obvezni dio prijave:
- Prijavni obrazac (Obrazac A)
- obavezna dokumentacija o ispunjavanju uvjeta navedena u točki 4. Javnog poziva
Prijavni Obrazac A mora biti jasno i razumljivo ispisan i potpisan na hrvatskom jeziku i latiničnom pismu.

Uputa o pravima ispitanika
Svojim sudjelovanjem na ovom Javnom pozivu podnositelji daju suglasnost da se adresa elektroničke pošte koju su naveli u prijavnom obrascu koristi za službenu komunikaciju i dostavu obavijesti u svezi s Javnim pozivom.
Dostava se smatra obavljenom u trenutku kad je obavijest i pismeno zabilježeno na poslužitelju elektroničke pošte koju je prijavitelj naveo u prijavnom obrascu. Prijavitelji se obvezuju obavijestiti odmah, a najkasnije u roku od 24 sata od dana promjene adrese elektroničke pošte ili drugom razlogu nemogućnosti korištenja elektroničke pošte navedene u prijavnom obrascu te se u protivnom dostava smatra obavljenom. Ove odredbe na odgovarajući način se primjenjuju i na telefonski broj.
