Zagrebački gradonačelnik Milan Bandić, u krugu suradnika, ponovno je posjetio je obitelj Zgombić čiji je dom oštećen u potresu.
Obišao sam danas dvije, od ukupno 54, obitelji čiji domovi su stradali u potresu i koji će ovaj Božić dočekati u kontejnerima. Moji suradnici će ih sve obići jer želim da znaju da smo uz njih, da brinemo i da smo im podrška. Ljudima moramo pomoći a strpljenje je naš saveznik dok se ne počne provoditi Zakon o obnovi. Onima čiji domovi su stradali u potresu i koji nemaju primanja, a da nisu imali drugu nekretninu i da su imali prebivalište u Zagrebu 10 godina dodijelili smo stanove u najam, dok ljudima koji nisu htjeli napustiti svoje domove smo osigurali kontejnere. Radimo i dalje ono što možemo; i danas još na 37 lokacija skupljamo građevinski otpad, a dok ne riješimo statiku donjogradskih blokova ljudima smo pomogli s građevinskim materijalom da obnove svoje krovove!,istaknuo je gradonačelnik Bandić.
