Jurin dvor d.o.o. od 2006. podiže nasade maslina isključivo na ekološkoj osnovi i upisano je u Upisnik ekoloških proizvođača.
Obitelj Jure Vukušića uzgaja i brine o svakoj maslini kao o članu obitelji, sa ljubavlju i pažnjom, stvarajući im najbolje uvjete za zdrav rast i razvoj. Rezultati višegodišnjeg truda se ogledaju u cijelom asortimanu ekoloških proizvoda vrhunske kvalitete iz obiteljskog vrta Jurinog dvora. Površinu od 7,5 Ha trenutno pokriva 1700 stabala maslina. Svi proizvodi su prerađeni i zapakirani sa puno ljubavi i pažnje, a bez imalo aditiva, bojila i konzervansa.
EKSTRA DJEVIČANSKO MASLINOVO ULJE
Oznaku izvrsnosti "Plavi ceker" dobili su za tri sorte ekstra jevičanskog maslinovog ulja. Masline su brane ručno sa stabala različitih sorta od kojih dominiraju autohtone hrvatske sorte oblica i drobnica sa svojim udjelom od 75%, dok ostatak čine talijanske sorte leccino te pendolino. Tako zdravi plodovi se prerađuju neposredno nakon branja – postupkom hladnog prešanja pri temperaturi od najviše 27⁰C. Da bi se prilagodili tržištu tj. kupcima, ulja prerađujemo po sortama (oblica i leccino te miješano).
