Obitelj Podrug maslinarstvom se bavi od 1886. godine, a u maslinicima radi samo obitelj.
Berba se vrši 80% ručno, a masline se obrađuju istog dana.
Imaju oko 1500 stabala maslina, sve smješteno u Piramatovcima, pored Nacionalnog parka Krka. Njihove najčešće sorte su Oblica i Krvavica. U organsku poljoprivredu ušli su prije dvije godine.
Oznaku izvrsnosti "Plavi ceker" dobili su za obje sorte. Krvavica je jedna od najkvalitetnijih i najzdravijih sorti maslina jer je najotpornija na maslinovu muhu i niske temperature. Ulje proizvedeno od lokalne sorte krvavica može se uvrstiti u grupu autohtonih proizvoda viskog gospodarskog potencijala. Sorta oblica čini 90 posto asortimana u Dalmaciji.
