OPG Barjašić osnovan je 2005. godine, u mjestu Poličnik, nedaleko grada Zadra, u srcu Ravnih kotara. Orkula je ekološko sortno (monovarijetalno) ekstra djevičansko maslinovo ulje dobiveno od sorte maslina Oblica ili Orkula za koju je OPG Barjašić dobio oznuku izvrsnosti "Plavi Ceker". Masline se beru ručno početkom listopada, prije nego što su u punom vrhuncu i u roku nekoliko sati prešaju u vrhunsko ulje. Njegove složene arome dočaravaju svježinu lišća, netom pokošene trave i samoniklog bilja u kombinaciji sa bademima i svježe pokošenom travom. Okus je izvanredno uravnotežen sa blagom gorčinom i pikantnošću karakterističnim za ranu berbu.
