Cilj OPG-a Brnjak je pružiti kupcima eko proizvod kontroliranog podrijetla, vrhunske kvalitete i okusa.
Ponosni su nositelji eko certifikata, koji potvrđuje predanost kod obrade tla, tretiranja same biljke, branja i sušenja ploda, te ručnog čišćenja i mljevenja jezgre oraha.
Ispravnost i kvaliteta dodatno se potvrđuju uzimanjem mikrobiološke analize jezgre oraha od strane ovlaštene tvrtke barem jednom godišnje.
Početkom 2021. godine zasadili su dodatni broj mladica, te sada ukupna zasađena površina iznosi cca 4 hektara odnosno cca 500 stabala.
OPG-u je krajem 2020. dodijeljena oznaka kvalitete „Plavi ceker“, a proizvodi su : Orah – jezgra bez ljuske i orah mljeveni.
