Zagrepčanka Mirjana Strancarić i njezina obiteljska tvrtka SMID je obrt koji se bavi ekološkom proizvodnjom jabučnog octa, namaza, umaka, pesta i džemova.

Oznaku izvrsnosti "Plavi ceker" dobili su za pesto od tikvica i hrenadu.
Pesto od tikvica je aromatičan umak od tikvica, bučinih koštica, bučinog ulja i bosiljka. Idealan je uz tjesteninu, salate, rižu, povrće ili tostirani kruh.
Hrenada je umak napravljen od hrena, jabuke i đumbira. Sastavni je dio blagdanskog stola, sljubljuje se s raznim jelima te djeluje i ljekovito.
