Cilj projekta je unaprjeđenje lokalnih i regionalnih politika odgovornih za modernizaciju implementacije sustava korištenjem inovativnih rješenja tele-njege i telemedicine njihovim izmjenama ili poboljšanjem, prema implementaciji sustavnih rješenja temeljenih na suvremenim telemedicinskim rješenjima dostupnim na tržištu.
Prijenos znanja, zajednički razvoj rješenja i njihova implementacija na lokalnoj razini u 3 tematska područja:
1. Povećanje dostupnosti usluga daljinske skrbi i telemedicine za starije, ovisne osobe, uključujući one s ograničenjima (iz perifernih i teško dostupnih područja);
2. Široka uporaba inovativnih digitalnih alata (ICT), koji omogućuju učinkovito praćenje i medicinsku dijagnozu starijih osoba;
3. Povećani institucionalni kapaciteti i educirano medicinsko osoblje za novu i poboljšanu skrb i medicinske usluge.
