Gradonačelnici Zagreba i Rima pale božićnu rasvjetu u Rimu

U četvrtak, 8. prosinca, u sklopu međunarodne suradnje Grada Zagreba, zagrebački gradonačelnik Milan Bandić, u društvu s gradonačelnikom Rima Giannijem Alemannom, stavit će zadnju kuglicu i zapaliti lampice na božićnoj jelki, daru Grada Zagreba građanima i Gradu Rimu.

U četvrtak, 8. prosinca, u sklopu međunarodne suradnje Grada Zagreba, zagrebački gradonačelnik Milan Bandić, u društvu s gradonačelnikom Rima Giannijem Alemannom, stavit će zadnju kuglicu i zapaliti lampice na božićnoj jelki, daru Grada Zagreba građanima i Gradu Rimu.

Ceremonija paljenja lampica na božićnom drvcu na trgu Campidoglio, sjedištu tamošnje gradske uprave i gradonačelnika, počet će u 18,15 sati. Bit će to prigoda i za predstavljanje hrvatskih božićnih običaja.

Prije toga, zagrebački će gradonačelnik, kao gost rimskoga kolege prisustvovati posjeti svetog oca Benedikta XVI Rimu. Protokol u povodu blagdana Bbezgrešnog začeća Marijina kojim započinje iščekivanje Božića u Italiji, održat će se u 15,15 sati na Španjolskom trgu (Piazza Spagna).

Već tradicionalno, rimski gradonačelnik će simbolično zapaliti svjećice i na božićnom drvcu na Coloseumu, te na Trgu Venezia (Piazza Venezia), a sve u društvu s gostom, gradonačelnikom Grada Zagreba.
