izrada i predlaganje programa Gradskoj skupštini kojim se u obavljanju svih zadaća iz djelokruga tijela Grada Zagreba i gradskih upravnih tijela smanjuju ili onemogućuju pojave korupcije,
predlaganje Gradskoj skupštini ostalih mjera i aktivnosti za sprečavanje svih vrsta koruptivnog ponašanja,
informiranje građana o provedbi programa i mjera za suzbijanje korupcije za Grad Zagreb,
informiranje građana o načinima prijave uočenih pojava i slučajeva korupcije, te poticanje građana na prijavljivanje i sprječavanje korupcije,
provedba i praćenje realizacije programa suzbijanja korupcije za Grad Zagreb,
podizanje ukupne svijesti u javnosti o štetnosti korupcije i o značenju provođenja programa za njezino smanjenje i eliminaciju i
podnošenje izvješća Gradskoj skupštini Grada Zagreba o realizaciji programa za suzbijanje korupcije.
