Na temelju članka 36. Zakona o poljoprivredi (Narodne novine 118/18, 42/20, 127/20 - Odluka Ustavnog suda RH, 52/21 i 152/22), Uredbe Komisije (EU) br. 1408/2013 o primjeni članaka 107. i 108. Ugovora o funkcioniranju Europske unije na potpore de minimis u poljoprivrednom sektoru (SL L 352 od 24. prosinca 2013.), Uredbe Komisije (EU) 2019/316 o izmjeni Uredbe (EU) br. 1408/2013 o primjeni članaka 107. i 108. Ugovora o funkcioniranju Europske unije na potpore de minimis u poljoprivrednom sektoru (SL L 51 I/1 od 22. veljače 2019.), glave 6. stavka 1. Programa poticanja održivog razvoja poljoprivrede i šumarstva u Gradu Zagrebu u razdoblju od 2024. do 2027. (Službeni glasnik Grada Zagreba 21/24) i članka 60. stavka 1. točke 2. Statuta Grada Zagreba (Službeni glasnik Grada Zagreba 23/16, 2/18, 23/18, 3/20, 3/21, 11/21 - pročišćeni tekst i 16/22), gradonačelnik Grada Zagreba, 30. rujna 2024., objavljuje Javni poziv za dodjelu potpore male vrijednosti Grada Zagreba za primarnu poljoprivrednu proizvodnju za 2024.
